Going out of town? If you book transportation going to and from the airport at the same time, you will receive a $5 discount on the return trip from the airport. Just ask for the locals discount. Reservations must be made via phone, 843-819-0846, and both trips must be booked at the same time.

Drivers can accept both cash or credit card payments in the vehicle. Any payment that must be processed in our office may be subject to processing fees.
All rates are quoted up front.
Charleston Green Taxi charges a minimum of $3 per added stop.
We allow 5 minutes of wait time for free then a $1 a min after that.
All tolls, gate fees, parking fees will be passed on to passenger and will not be included into quoted rate.
Charleston Green Taxi cancellation policy is as follows:
All reservations before 6am must be cancelled by midnight the night prior to the reservation or passengers will be deemed accountable for a full rate charge.
A minimum 50% of the fare will be charged if cab is in route to the pick up location and reservation is cancelled.
Once the taxi has arrived at the reservation location we then allow a 10-minute grace period for pick-ups. If the passenger(s) fails to show up after this allotted 10-minute waiting period the client will then be subject to a full rate charge and the taxi will then move on to the next pick-up.
Charleston Green Taxi reserves the right to change the cancellation policy for special circumstance rides. The dispatcher will disclose these terms during time of reservation.
Charleston Green Taxi will not be held liable for delays that may be caused by travel accidents, airline delays, vehicle mechanical breakdowns, inclement weather, U.S. Customs or other legal authorities, public enemies, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, Acts of God, or other conditions beyond control of power.
Charleston Green Taxi is not liable in any way for a failure to maintain reservations if such conditions should arise. Please feel assured that Charleston Green Taxi will make every effort to accommodate our clients should uncontrollable circumstances take place.
If any vehicle is subjected to damages from a passenger, whether it is interior or exterior, they will be subjected to a repair and/or cleaning cost. A minimum of $75 will be billed to any passenger(s) under such circumstances that cause damage to the car.
Passenger(s) will be responsible to actual cost of repairs and/or cleaning of the vehicle for damage done. Passenger(s) could also be held accountable for paying a specified and estimated amount of revenue that could have been made when vehicle is taken out of rotation. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Charleston Green Taxi requires that a parent or guardian call in the reservation for the minor and give permission for the minor to ride unattended.
Child safety seats will be provided by reservation only for an additional charge. Parents are responsible securing the safety seat and for placing child in safety seat.
No smoking in Charleston Green Taxi vehicles. We are Green.
Passengers with alcohol or illegal substances will be asked to exit the vehicle immediately.
Concealed weapons or any type of weapon are strictly prohibited.
Under no circumstances is Charleston Green taxi responsible for damaged baggage during ride. All fragile items should be place by passenger where they feel they are safe.
Charleston Green Taxi will do our absolute best to locate any lost items. Passengers may pick up lost items from our office or they may request that they be returned to their location. A fee may apply to delievery of lost items.
